Once completed, the South Point development will operate as a boutique hotel providing apartment rooms with all hotel amenities and services, including room service (limited), swimming pool, beach water taxi, and lobby and concierge services.

All rooms will be air conditioned, and feature telephone, flat screen television, high speed internet connections, DVD/CD players, mini-kitchens.

A limited number of boat slips will be available for rental.
