Caribbean property in Antigua is offering regional glamour to prospective buyers, with a stunning natural environment and a healthy housing market.
The island offers idyllic beaches and clear waters that conceal coral reefs and coves awaiting exploration from more intrepid visitors. The local housing market has grown in recent years, bolstered by better access as a result of more flights, and ample investment from foreign businesses, many of whom are attracted by the island's luxurious international profile. Hundreds of white-sand beaches are also instrumental in expanding the tourist market.
Jeff Hadeed, a developer on the island for South Point, a boutique residence hotel, told easier.com: "[Tourism] has fuelled demand from second-home buyers and investors looking to purchase an island getaway as prices here represent excellent value for money".
The west coast of the island offers marina facilities and golfing which have played a major role in improving the tourism sector, and makes Antigua a good location for buyers seeking overseas investment property.
Prospective buyers are advised to seek the best deals on Caribbean property in the region.
